From Jeff Bezos’s Washington Post news section:
Amazon presses for in-person voting for unionization election in the midst of a pandemic
The e-commerce giant appealed a decision to hold mail-in balloting, arguing in part that the National Labor Relations Board pandemic election guidance never defined what an “outbreak” actually is.
By Jay Greene
Jan. 22, 2021 at 8:39 a.m. PSTSEATTLE — Amazon wants the upcoming unionization election at its Bessemer, Ala., warehouse to be held in-person, arguing against National Labor Relations Board guidance to hold mail-in balloting in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
The e-commerce giant late Thursday appealed the ruling by an NLRB hearing officer a week ago to allow roughly 6,000 workers to take seven weeks, starting Feb. 8, to cast their ballots by mail to be represented by the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union. Amazon argued in one of two filings that the agency’s pandemic-voting policy is flawed, in part because it fails to define what a covid-19 “outbreak” actually is.
That guidance “reflected assumptions developed comparatively earlier in the pandemic — before scientific understanding of the virus and possible precautions had developed to where it is today,” Amazon says in the filing.

Well well well…

No. But perhaps you can explain these matters.
1) Why did American Thinker apologize for false Dominion Voting articles?
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/jan/15/american-thinker-conservative-blog-apologizes-for-/
“These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact. Industry experts and public officials alike have confirmed that Dominion conducted itself appropriately and that there is simply no evidence to support these claims,” reads the rest of the statement. “It was wrong for us to publish these false statements. We apologize to Dominion for all of the harm this caused them and their employees. We also apologize to our readers for abandoning journalistic principles and misrepresenting Dominion’s track record and its limited role in tabulating votes for the November 2020 election. We regret this grave error.”

https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/534953-sidney-powell-withdraws-kraken-lawsuit-in-georgia

For example, they sought have the Bucks County (PA) Court of Common Pleas invalidate more than 2,200 supposedly “defective ballots” that were counted after a review by the Board of Elections. Trump lawyers agreed to sign documents saying that there was zero evidence of fraud or misconduct when it came to said ballots. Attorneys for both sides signed a “joint stipulation of facts—an instrument meant to provide the court with facts relevant to the case that are undisputed by either party in the action—which clearly disavows any claims that voting in the commonwealth’s fourth-largest county was affected by any fraudulent conduct.” The joint statement literally reads: “Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any fraud in connection with the challenged ballots.” Additionally, both sides agreed that election observers from each party were allowed full access to view the pre-canvassing and canvassing processes.Replies: @Anon, @Hypnotoad666, @Hypnotoad666

The Amazon stance is a standard corporate delaying tactic aiming to slow union momentum, which gives the company more time to convince employees union formation is against their best interests.
On the other hand, US unions like mail-ballot voting because it sidelines NLRB-supervised in-person voting.
US unions supported Biden.
If you think Biden won fairly, then you’re a fool and deserve what’s coming.

The Capitol is about as sacred as any other whorehouse.
So the takeaway from the article is that Bezos is willing to endanger the lives of his workers in order to prevent them from unionizing. And this article is published in Bezos’ own newspaper.
For some reason I still struggle to hold these two ideas in my head at the same time:
– It’s better that this article was published than not published.
– Bezos is so powerful that he doesn’t have the need to kill articles like this.
(A less egregious example of the same thing from 2017: Washington Post: We tried Amazon Key. The strangers it let in our door wasn’t the worst part.)
The Bezos Blog reports on Bezos.

Quite the case study for Mencken's "democracy, good and hard" quip.
I particularly like the concern about voter purges. No, not a prohibition of Stalinist liquidation of kulaks at the ballot box. Rather, HR1's sponsors are outlawing efforts to purge the voter rolls of double entries, dead folks, non-citizens, vacant-lot addresses, seniors in Palm Beach, and the like.
Do all of the other SurveyMonkey-ization provisions of the bill make the Purge aspirations more comedic or more tragic? I have to vote [sic] for comedy -- enjoy the decline.
Steve Sailer wrote laudatory puff pieces about this POS, Jeff Bezos, calling him a “cowboy-American” and comparing him to the kid at the end of the Western movie who would grow up to be the richest man in the world.
Aren’t you glad you did that, Steve?
Amazon also endangered the lives of untold numbers of Americans by waiting until after the Biden election to announce its willingness to ship vaccines.
Jeff Bezos and Amazon must be nullified if America is to survive as a country. This predatory oligarch with his government monopoly on commerce cannot be allowed to continue.
Semi-OT stupidity below the tag.
Someone upthread brought up a Star Wars vehicle traveling a particular trade route "in less than twelve parsecs," which sounds like an error because a parsec is not a measurement of time (ie, this is not a proper analog to "less than twelve days"). But Star Wars is loose space fantasy and the faster vehicles regularly exploit hyperspace or faster than light hand-waving. If we were able to get as practical with Einsteinian physics as we have done with Newtonian, could hyperspace technology impose a multiplicity of distances possibly traveled (eg, as "felt" by the vehicle as evidenced in wear and fuel consumption), separate of the "actual" distance traveled? In other words, instead of a simple scientifically illiterate typo, could "less than twelve parsecs" actually be a relativity-literate competitive attribute?
I assume this is wrong and promise to never bring this up again.

But first you need to nullify the government that gave him the monopoly . But that still won't save America as a country. Things are too far gone for that. But it would facilitate the partition of the United States. Parts of the country could secede and form states for sensible white Americans, governed by sensible laws which benefit white Americans. The rest of the country can go to hell - and it shall !

Subtle sarcasm is the best sarcasm but is sometimes difficult to detect. It's important to remember there are nine Steves: I believe Unz Steve duties are divided between Steve numbers 2 and 7. Steve number one, the original Steve, spends most of his time ensconced in Howard Hughes's old top floor pad at the Desert Inn watching Ice Station Zebra. In fact, it was the Hughes Corporation where the Steves began their lives: Sometime in the late 1950s CIA science wizard Sidney Gottlieb took a break from torturing children and used a secret lab built beneath the Hughes Aircraft complex in Burbank to create golems using an ancient formula the Templars discovered in Solomon's Temple. Dr. Gottlieb named his golems Steve. My point is this: If you have a problem with subtle Steve direct your complaints to Steves 2 and 7 not Desert Inn Steve.Replies: @Dmon, @duncsbaby

Quite the case study for Mencken’s “democracy, good and hard” quip.
I particularly like the concern about voter purges. No, not a prohibition of Stalinist liquidation of kulaks at the ballot box. Rather, HR1’s sponsors are outlawing efforts to purge the voter rolls of double entries, dead folks, non-citizens, vacant-lot addresses, seniors in Palm Beach, and the like.
Do all of the other SurveyMonkey-ization provisions of the bill make the Purge aspirations more comedic or more tragic? I have to vote [sic] for comedy — enjoy the decline.

Senator, thank you very much. I want to say that right off the bat, that I’m honored to represent the president. I was honored to get the call, but I’m not naive. One of the reasons I was called is because virtually every major law firm in this country and in this city refused to represent the president, not because of the lack of merit of his claims, we’ve certainly demonstrated there’s merit, but because of the cancel culture, because of the environment that has been created by the left that has intimidated lawyers so they can’t be here. They’re not here from the giant law firms, precisely because they were ordered by their management committees and others, that you cannot take those cases. And the reason you cannot take those cases is because our clients or the Democratic Party or the incoming administration will remember that and they will hold it against you.
That’s a sad state of affairs. As a former judge, I was so incensed by that that I took the representation. That was the ultimate reason I took that representation. And I’ve heard a lot today about what went on afterwards as if these latest threats are coming from the right. Remember why and how this started after the election. We need to have faith in our court system. We have to acknowledge that the court system has been deeply intimidated by the left, just as the lawyers have been intimidated. And that is a sad, sad state of affairs. …

“Aren’t you glad you did that, Steve?”
Subtle sarcasm is the best sarcasm but is sometimes difficult to detect. It’s important to remember there are nine Steves: I believe Unz Steve duties are divided between Steve numbers 2 and 7. Steve number one, the original Steve, spends most of his time ensconced in Howard Hughes’s old top floor pad at the Desert Inn watching Ice Station Zebra. In fact, it was the Hughes Corporation where the Steves began their lives: Sometime in the late 1950s CIA science wizard Sidney Gottlieb took a break from torturing children and used a secret lab built beneath the Hughes Aircraft complex in Burbank to create golems using an ancient formula the Templars discovered in Solomon’s Temple. Dr. Gottlieb named his golems Steve. My point is this: If you have a problem with subtle Steve direct your complaints to Steves 2 and 7 not Desert Inn Steve.
Anything to bust unions. I’m with Bezos on this. When you hear the concrete complaints that the “workers” have (the complainers don’t seem to represent real workers), they are always ridiculous. You can’t take hour-long bathroom breaks? Lordy! Amazon hasn’t air conditioned their seven trillion cubic meter warehouses? Who’d a’ thunk it! A worker was injured? Outrageous! Injury-free blue collar jobs for all!
Amazon hires non-illegals of all ages and races and square-footage of tattoos, at halfway decent wages.
At this point it’s a race between the unions organizers and Amazon getting to automated robot warehouses with ten employees, each with a Ph.D.
All bald black women are from the future.
Now, it’s been a while since this old sailor visited a Latin American whorehouse, but I do recall that an abundance of religiously themed art on their walls was a common theme, surely to a vastly greater extent than in the Capitol of this officially godless empire. And, as I was more than once informed by locals, the girls were always front and center at Mass Sunday morning, the most faithful of celebrants.
The temptation – one to be resisted – is to use Amazon and Bezos as if they are wholly interchangeable, in the same way people talk about Hitler and Stalin as being wholly synonymous with Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union, respectively. These were not monolithic states.
Totally off topic, but I would love it if you did some articles on movie rating aggregators. Seems like RT is getting more and more liberal biased. Also more positive biased (commercial reasons)? Also, seems like it generally is a bit more into movies I consider pretentious (not because I’m an idiot that wants to see explosions, but because I don’t think “trying to look smart” (like A Beautiful Mind) is actually smart like I donno Whit Stillman.) Then there are interesting things with the audience versus RT ratings. You do also have fanboy movie bias as well (look at the recency bias on IMDB for instance.)

Mail-it-in voting elected the very Biden/HARRIS, totally-three-part Democrat, anti-White government Steve will now make fun of for the forseable future. It has provided him with an endless supply of material, which he will now mine from the New York Times, etc., for as long as he can hold on in his closet in the Valley.
The Valley that is fast becoming anti-White, anti-Steve. How long will he remain safely there?
Mail-it-in voting is the result of the very panic around SARS-CoV-2 that Steve still supports. He is complicit. Now does he see the irony?
Frankly, though, voting by mail for a union issue can work. As a shareholder, I have voted for many years by mail for various boards of directors. So, I have used it from the opposite side, so-to-speak, and it really isn’t much different, so I take back everything I just wrote. Voting by mail is just fine. LOL.

An interesting sport event. An apparently promising rookie on the Celtics, Payton Pritchard, had been having a good season until a teammate, Jeylen Brown, did a dive and in the process, landed a lot of his body weight on the top of one of his kneecaps, apparently badly injuring him with Pritchard crying seemingly scared he has injured himself out of the season or NBA.
None of Pritchard's teammates seem to care and go on like there is a technical fault pausing the game. I don't need to explain Pritchard's race. From his wiki it seems Prithcard is a middle class WASP from Oregon. Which means given he also plays basketball that he'd be all the 'ally' for BLM anyone could ever want but also means there is probably more sociological distance between him and the other players than almost anyone else who might be an NBA player.

Yes.
Totalitarian societies are supported by ugly girls and by men who can’t get laid.
The fact that a certain demographic has a disproportionate amount of those traits is one reason why that demographic has figured so often in events that have lead to such societies, and why it has repeatedly been despised and cast out.
To put it bluntly: ugly, envious nerds are responsible for a lot of the shit the rest of us have to go through.
So black women carry more student debt than white women or white men? Really? I doubt it. By what metric?
“The average tuition & fees of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) is $7,183 for state residents and $14,973 for out-of-state students.
https://www.collegetuitioncompare.com/compare/historically-black-colleges-and-universities/#:~:text=The%20average%20tuition%20%26%20fees%20of,average%20acceptance%20rate%20is%2064.72%25.
7K a year for college is cheap. 14K a year for out-of-state students is cheap. Just for perspective, the tuition at the University of Arkansas, a state-supported school, is this: in-state tuition 9,384 USD, Out-of-state tuition 25,872 USD.
As for non-historic black colleges, they offer scholarships for black students who have lousy test scores by white standards. Blacks get offered a free ride that your average white doesn’t get.
If black women are carrying more student debt than any other group, it’s because they’re refusing to pay it off.
Blacks in general are irresponsible when it comes to paying off debts. We all know that. What Ayanna Pressley wants is free college for blacks, period. She wants to give blacks the ability to be even more irresponsible than they are by refusing to hold them to account for their decisions.
This is why The Pretender has pledged to abolish reality.

Saying the lawsuits were dismissed or dropped is a giant red herring talking point. Courts don’t have snap trials on fraud allegations. The system leaves it all up to county and state politician/bureaucrats to certify results within a couple weeks. And then it’s over.
The better question is why is everyone refusing to investigate to restore confidence. Why won’t they put Ruby Freeman and her crew under oath and ask what they were really doing on video that looked exactly like stuffing the ballot box with fake votes? The accepted opinion is that vote fraud if it existed, of course would be serious, but it’s been debunked (never mind how, it’s just been debunked).
It would therefore follow logically that the sworn affidavits alleging vote fraud constitute perjury.
Therefore again, all the voices who are loudest that there was no vote fraud should also be calling for full investigations into the sworn allegations so that the false swearers may be prosecuted for perjury.
For odd, inexplicable reasons, this is not happening.
Why not?, we might wonder.
It certainly couldn’t be because any of the allegations could be confirmed: there’s no danger of that whatsoever, not when we’ve been assured they’ve been “debunked”!Replies: @Hypnotoad666, @Anonymous

I’m in a teamsters union. In the Chicago area. It’s so weak, it’s pathetic. All a company or government agency (like IDOT) has to do to neutralize what little power teamsters have is to make something “company policy”. So for example, if company policy on sexual harassment, or threats of violence, or cell phones in the truck, or whatever, is “zero tolerance,” all the company needs is an accusation and buh-bye! working class truck driver!
If you want to join a strong union, join the ones airline pilots belong to. Their reps are pit bulls and the union has lawyers waiting to litigate anything. Not so in the teamsters.

“What you heard was a manipulated quote from an interview, taken out of context, by a guy who had done zero investigation. It’s not the he “couldnt” find evidence, it’s that he never looked.”
According to the AP:
“Barr told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.””
So Barr may not have personally investigated anything but he is saying that investigations were conducted that didn’t find anything substantial. Why shouldn’t I believe him?
For example, where is the actual transcript of the interview? Why did AP only cherry pick a few words they liked from their own interview and not publish the rest. Obviously, they don't want you to see the rest. Why not?
Second, this interview was on Dec. 1, barely three weeks after the election.
Third, "FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received." Really? "Working to follow up." WTF does that mean? Absolutely nothing. "Working to follow up," means maybe they are thinking about whether to call back someone who complained. This is obviously NOT any actual investigation of anything.
Fourth, the quote doesn't say the evidence is that "no fraud" happened. It says that three weeks after the election, based on a non-investigation, it isn't clear the fraud was "on a scale that could have effected a different outcome."
And I could go on.

The better question is why is everyone refusing to investigate to restore confidence. Why won't they put Ruby Freeman and her crew under oath and ask what they were really doing on video that looked exactly like stuffing the ballot box with fake votes? Why won't they exam those ballots to see if they are legit? Or look at the machine logs to see if these were the 30K 100% Biden vote spike that won the election for him?
How has this incident (one of many) been debunked?
If they want people to believe in this election they need to do more than squawk that the courts did nothing. And if they blow up the filibuster and pass a mail-in fraud mandate no election will ever be believable again. It will just be a question of who cheats best.Replies: @Garlic, @Corvinus
Another important related question is: why is the establishment so soft on perjury?
The accepted opinion is that vote fraud if it existed, of course would be serious, but it’s been debunked (never mind how, it’s just been debunked).
It would therefore follow logically that the sworn affidavits alleging vote fraud constitute perjury.
Therefore again, all the voices who are loudest that there was no vote fraud should also be calling for full investigations into the sworn allegations so that the false swearers may be prosecuted for perjury.
For odd, inexplicable reasons, this is not happening.
Why not?, we might wonder.
It certainly couldn’t be because any of the allegations could be confirmed: there’s no danger of that whatsoever, not when we’ve been assured they’ve been “debunked”!
The better question is why is everyone refusing to investigate to restore confidence. Why won't they put Ruby Freeman and her crew under oath and ask what they were really doing on video that looked exactly like stuffing the ballot box with fake votes? In all of the fretting about COVID, it blows my mind there was not a wider discussion about air filtration. Surprised Steve did not mention it either.
Readily available HEPA H13 air filters remove anything larger than 10nm. For perspective, the size of aerosol COVID is 100nm+.
HVAC MERV 13 filters are able to capture larger viruses, and may help some with COVID. Granted, they put more stress on a HVAC system.
It’s pretty inexcusable there wasn’t a program put in place to subsidize Hepa 13 / HVAC upgrades for restaurants and retail. Seems much more feasible than having the entire planet wear masks.

And besides, Hughes Aircraft was legendary in the industry for being high-tech and expensive.

Your quotation is meaningless because you don’t know what are the specific “challenged ballots,” and the legal grounds they were being challenged. For example, they may have been challenging a particular batch of ballots that were received late or didn’t have proper signatures. In that case, the ballots could have been illegally counted even if they were not fraudulently cast.
Unless you are willing to read and understand the actual court documents, you are just talking out your ass about the lawsuits. It’s a talking point for people who don’t know what they are talking about.
But we do know, as those challenged ballots were specified in the court briefings by Trump's lawyers, ranging from mail-in ballots to recount requests and ballots not counted initially but found in the official canvass. In those particular cases, when pressed by courts to disclose proof, Trump's lawyers declined. Remember, the lawsuits generally targeted voter behavior that local officials verified, so that is why judges requested exact information rather than generalities.
"For example, they may have been challenging a particular batch of ballots that were received late or didn’t have proper signatures. In that case, the ballots could have been illegally counted even if they were not fraudulently cast."
Except those allegations were addressed by local officials, so courts asking for specific instances by Trump's attorneys showing exactly how and why those ballots were illegally counted. His lawyers punted.

No. But perhaps you can explain these matters.
1) Why did American Thinker apologize for false Dominion Voting articles?
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/jan/15/american-thinker-conservative-blog-apologizes-for-/
“These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact.
Because Dominion threatened them with a defamation lawsuit and they didn’t want to spend the money to defend it since Dominion has approximately 1,000 x more money than the American Thinker website.
According to the article you link to it’s because: “an appeals court said she did not have standing to try the case.” Since you obviously don’t know what legal “standing” means, it’s a technicality that says she isn’t in the category of people that are allowed to challenge the vote certification. It has nothing to do with insufficient evidence of fraud.
Also, since Biden has already been inaugurated, the lawsuit is obviously moot.
Because each lawsuit is filed for a very specific legal purpose pertaining to each county or state under specific legal standards. Claiming fraud in Georgia is irrelevant to asking Maricopa county to allow inspection of its computer logs, or whatever.
The bottom line is that neither you, nor the lying idiot MSM reporters you cite have the slightest clue about the legal issues in the various lawsuits. As usual, you are just parroting other people’s propaganda that you don’t even understand.
The MSM reporters are not idiots, and their understanding of the legal issues in the fraud lawsuits is, from their perspective, of little import.
Their key insight is that the internet age has created a deluge of information. People (e.g. most Americans) look for trustworthy interpreters. This continuing trust in the MSM allows its actors a great deal of leeway.
The half of the electorate who favored Biden didn't, and don't, want to be faced with stories that call the clarity and moral purity of their preferred outcome into question. Journalists are selling what their customers want to buy.
I am aware that just about everybody posting here knows all this, likely including the commenter you're exchanging views with.
If American Thinker has the goods on Dominion, would not the Lin Woods and company the take the case pro bono? And, IF American Thinker capitulated having the facts on their side, then did they not cuck?
Suffice to say, American Thinker did the right thing admitting they lied.
According to the article you link to it’s because: “an appeals court said she did not have standing to try the case.”
"Since you obviously don’t know what legal “standing” means..."
Of course I know what that term means. The fact of the matter is where is her smoking gun evidence she promised?
"Because each lawsuit is filed for a very specific legal purpose pertaining to each county or state under specific legal standards. Claiming fraud in Georgia is irrelevant to asking Maricopa county to allow inspection of its computer logs, or whatever."
Thanks for the strawman.

It has been demonstrated thoroughly that Trump's lawsuits were void of facts. I can't help that you feel duped that matters did not turn out the way they were promised by Trump and his lawyers, considering time after time "Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any fraud in connection with the challenged ballots" regardless of jurisdiction.

The half of the electorate who favored Biden didn’t, and don’t, want to be faced with stories that call the clarity and moral purity of their preferred outcome into question. Journalists are selling what their customers want to buy.
I am aware that just about everybody posting here knows all this, likely including the commenter you’re exchanging views with.
The first time I heard a journalist state "There is no evidence of any fraud" (relating to the Biden/Trump election) was during NBC's election-night coverage. Anchor Lester Holt (IIRC) had mentioned some Republican in a swing state making a charge on Twitter, and turned to the on-the-scene reporter for local color. I was surprised at her definitive tone as well as the at assertion of fact: how could she be so certain?
From Nov. 3rd to today, mainstream media organs have been admirably consistent on this point.Replies: @Hypnotoad666
The script was written ahead of time. Claims of fraud were pre-bunked.
Allowing mail-in ballots will enable the Russians to take over Amazon through the unions.
Wait…
In this case, of course, it’s because the prosecution would have to show the witnesses weren’t telling the truth. And figuring out the truth is the opposite of what they want. They just want to chant “debunked” and memory-hole the allegations.
According to the AP:
"Barr told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”"
So Barr may not have personally investigated anything but he is saying that investigations were conducted that didn't find anything substantial. Why shouldn't I believe him?Replies: @Hypnotoad666, @deep anonymous
You also need to consider Barr’s limited credibility as an agent of the Deep State. In fact, we can see clearly in hindsight that Barr slow-walked the investigation into the Russiagate hoax/bad faith investigation and achieved his purpose–snakes like Comey, Prisap, Strok, Page, McCabe, and Rosenstein will not be held accountable for sedition. (In fact, there is substantial evidence that Biden and Obama also were involved.) So I have come to regard anything Barr says with suspicion.
But I also agree with Hypnotoad666’s take. You can never believe a MSM source, especially in a matter like this. They are proven liars who function as if they were official spox for the DNC.

It's pretty inexcusable there wasn't a program put in place to subsidize Hepa 13 / HVAC upgrades for restaurants and retail. Seems much more feasible than having the entire planet wear masks.Replies: @anonymous
You don’t even need HVAC upgrades. That’s overkill. In my workspace, we run merv16 filters duct-taped to box fans. It costs $30 per filter/month. It’s comparable to everyone wearing a new N95 mask.
If clowns like Fauci/CDC took covid seriously, these could be mass produced and be given out to every construction site in less than a week. Same for restaurants, bars, trains, theaters, apartment buildings, etc.

The problem is coming up with credible proof in a reasonable time frame. If you can’t do that, then middle-of -the-road voters will believe you are no better than some far leftist who argues that racism is everywhere and the police should be defunded.
This is a bigger problem if you don't start until the day after the election. If Trump had been really worried about fraud he had four years to implement measures to make it harder and more obvious. And of course four years to prove any fraud in the 2016 election. Or two years to prove any fraud in the 2018 election.
Hopefully, it should be obvious to you that this talking point that Barr disproved fraud is 100% false, and you've been played by believing it. To read the MSM you must start with the understanding that they are trying to lie to you and work backwards to figure out how.Replies: @ic1000, @James B. Shearer, @lavoisier
“Hopefully, it should be obvious to you that this talking point that Barr disproved fraud is 100% false, and you’ve been played by believing it. ..”
The actual talking point is that Barr stated that he had not seen any convincing evidence of substantial fraud. Is that false?
Barr chose to give that interview at that time to that particular reporter. I expect Barr had a pretty good idea of how the story would come out. If Barr was displeased with the story he could have disputed it.
More to the point, the quotes proves nothing anyway. I have never seen a giant squid, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. (And like Barr, I've never made any effort to find one).
You insist on using words different from those he actually said because you have already decided what you want to believe and are looking for support. If you want to delude yourself in that way, that's your choice. He did dispute it. But the MSM naturally didn't report Barr's objection to being misquoted. It's scrubbed from search results but if you look long enough you'll find it.

Now you are just being intellectually dishonest and changing your story. You know it’s cited as alleged proof that no fraud occurred. You yourself said it was proof that “Trump’s own AG couldn’t find any convincing evidence.”
Yes, your statement is false. What Barr said was: ““to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.” His statement is totally consistent with a belief that three weeks after the election there was massive evidence of substantial fraud but that it wasn’t quite enough to change the outcome.

“Your quotation is meaningless because you don’t know what are the specific “challenged ballots”
But we do know, as those challenged ballots were specified in the court briefings by Trump’s lawyers, ranging from mail-in ballots to recount requests and ballots not counted initially but found in the official canvass. In those particular cases, when pressed by courts to disclose proof, Trump’s lawyers declined. Remember, the lawsuits generally targeted voter behavior that local officials verified, so that is why judges requested exact information rather than generalities.
“For example, they may have been challenging a particular batch of ballots that were received late or didn’t have proper signatures. In that case, the ballots could have been illegally counted even if they were not fraudulently cast.”
Except those allegations were addressed by local officials, so courts asking for specific instances by Trump’s attorneys showing exactly how and why those ballots were illegally counted. His lawyers punted.
“Unless you are willing to read and understand the actual court documents, you are just talking out your ass about the lawsuits.”
Not in the slightest. Here is a summary of those lawsuits, as well as the rulings.

Which MSM fairy tale should I accept uncritically according to your received wisdom?
1. The knowingly false total bullshit "Russia Collusion" storyline they subjected us to the last 4+ years;
2. The "mostly peaceful" riots perpetrated by your System pets BLM and Antifa throughout last year (and in a few notable places, even now);
3. "Systemic racism" is always and everywhere the reason for Black (!) maladaptation and underperformance;
4. Jews, the most powerful and wealthiest group in the world, are actually totally blameless victims of totally irrational anti-Semitism by stupid goyim;
5. There are no flu deaths this season, and there is an explosion of COVID "positive" cases but don't you dare notice that the tests have enormous false positive rates because of the ginormous amplification of the nucleic acids in the samples;
6. Hunter Biden's laptop was planted by the Russians.

Agree completely.
Even when these people are lying, which they do on any subject that challenges the orthodoxy, you can tell by the language that they are using that they know that they are lying.
That the courts refused to consider evidence for voter fraud is not evidence that there was no voter fraud.
Unfortunately, such a distinction is missed by a lot of people.
“Because Dominion threatened them with a defamation lawsuit and they didn’t want to spend the money to defend it since Dominion has approximately 1,000 x more money than the American Thinker website.”
“Since you obviously don’t know what legal “standing” means…”
Of course I know what that term means. The fact of the matter is where is her smoking gun evidence she promised?
“Because each lawsuit is filed for a very specific legal purpose pertaining to each county or state under specific legal standards. Claiming fraud in Georgia is irrelevant to asking Maricopa county to allow inspection of its computer logs, or whatever.”
Thanks for the strawman.
“The bottom line is that neither you, nor the lying idiot MSM reporters you cite have the slightest clue about the legal issues in the various lawsuits. As usual, you are just parroting other people’s propaganda that you don’t even understand.”
It has been demonstrated thoroughly that Trump’s lawsuits were void of facts. I can’t help that you feel duped that matters did not turn out the way they were promised by Trump and his lawyers, considering time after time “Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any fraud in connection with the challenged ballots” regardless of jurisdiction.
